據新華社報道,浙江省義烏市5名聘任制公務員即將上崗。據悉,這些聘任制公務員雖然沒有行政級別,但是他們的年薪卻是當地基層公務員平均年薪的三倍,達到30萬到60萬之間。對此,有些人認為聘任制公務員有利于打破公務員“鐵飯碗”制度。然而,也有一些人擔憂,缺乏一個有效的評估制度,該政策可能不會有預期中的效果。
Five contract civil servants will start work soon in Yiwu, Zhejiang province, Xinhua reported. Without administrative ranks, they will receive an annual salary of between 300,000 and 600,000 yuan, three times the average yearly salary of local grassroots civil servants. Some say the move will help reform the “job for life” civil servant system. But others worry that, without an effective assessment mechanism, the measure may not work as expected.
